Jiangxi Lihuan Spring Co., Ltd. was set up in 2002, conveniently located in Guixi Industrial Park, Jiangxi Province. Lihuan manufactures high precision springs with various wire diameters from 0.15mm to 80mm and plate thickness from S0.2mm to S20mm in materials from standard music wire to whatever exotic materials you may require. These springs are widely applied in automobiles, motorcycles, electronics, electrical household appliances, office equipment, railways, power support and engineering, mining and constructing machinery. Most importantly, the products for automobile, railway and mining engineering have reached the highest level in China.

Lihuan occupies more than 50,000sqm and has a set of advanced and complete manufacturing facilities. We have 312 sets of production equipment and testing and inspection instruments. Our company has passed ISO/TS16949 certification and has already processed a quality control system based on ISO9001:2000 standard.

Lihuan owns advanced technologies and R&D ability, using CAD/CAE/CAM, PRO-E and SOLIDWORKS from product design to whole production. Now, we have 35 professional technicians including 5 engineers and 227 well-trained staff members.
